BillableKit provides free billing calculators, freelancer billing guides, waitlist capture, and paid digital billing templates for freelancers, consultants, and small independent studios.
Free tools and estimates
BillableKit calculators and guides are practical planning tools. They produce estimates based on the information you enter and should not be treated as legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Paid digital products
The Billing Kit is a one-time digital template and workflow pack. A purchase gives you permission to use the materials for your own freelance or studio billing workflow, but not to resell, redistribute, or repackage them as your own product.
Payments
Paid checkout is processed by Stripe. BillableKit does not store full card numbers. Prices, package details, taxes, and availability may change as the product matures.
Responsible use
Do not use BillableKit to create deceptive invoices, misrepresent services, spam clients, evade platform rules, or process illegal or unsupported transactions.
Service availability
The MVP may change as the product is refined. Free tools, guides, admin settings, analytics, and checkout behavior may be updated, paused, or removed as the business moves from early access to a production product.
